2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Information

Artificial intelligence and information intelligence technologies are the core drivers of the new technological revolution and industrial transformation. They empower key sectors including electronic information, intelligent perception, big data and next-generation communications, while continuously driving theoretical breakthroughs, iterations of core technologies and practical industrial applications.

As a world-leading institution in information intelligence, Xidian University hosts the International Conference on Information and Intelligence (ICAI). Over the past two conferences, the event has brought together more than 50 distinguished academicians worldwide, over 400 national high-level talents and overseas Fellows, attracting over 1,700 scholars from 33 countries and regions to Xi’an.

Built on two sessions of profound experience and rigorous optimization, ICAI has grown into a top-tier international academic platform focusing on information science, artificial intelligence and intelligent technologies. Returning with an expanded scope, ICAI 2026 will be held for the first time in Hangzhou, themed “Wisdom Converges in Qiantang, Industry-University Co-Creation, Information and Intelligence Empower Future Technology”, contributing to building a four-in-one high-end platform covering frontier exploration of basic research, collaborative tackling of key technologies, efficient incubation of research achievements, and precise aggregation of high-end talents.

Paper Submission

Submission Guideline

All manuscripts should be written in English and limited to 3-5 pages, excluding references. Papers or abstracts accepted and registered for the conference will only be presented orally or as poster at the conference and will not be published.
